Sincerely Syria is run by the people behind the formerly named Hollywood Shawarma, and they serve the same juicy, marinated sliced meat—only now you don’t have to go to Hollywood Boulevard to get it. We love the chicken shawarma wrap, which comes tightly wrapped in a thin cylindrical pita that’s slightly crunchy and perfectly golden on the outside. It’s an ideal treat to eat while you walk around and run errands on Ventura.
